That means if you have any security concerns you need to report maintenance issues, or there’s an emergency, there’s a friendly face on site, 24 hours a day.
The common room and other social spaces will have regular visits from cleaners. Our maintenance team will also ensure that your student accommodation is pristine.
Birmingham is a large city, so lots of students bring a bike. If you want to bring yours, there secure bike storage, to ensure its kept safe and sound.

Terms and conditions
When you sign your tenancy agreement, you will be asked to pay a £600 retainer. This will automatically become a refundable deposit, when your tenancy starts. There is also a small non-refundable admin fee of £79.00 to pay when you reserve your room.

About Aston University
