Secure your new student home in February for your chance to win a night out
If you’ve not secured your new student home for next year, pop into our Selly Oak branch. Not only do we have lots of student houses available, anyone who secures their house during February will be automatically entered into a free prize draw. Star prize is a night out on us!
There’s three prizes up for grabs:
Star prize: Night out, including dinner at Bohemia and entry to a club, for all tenants in your group
2nd Prize: Stock up on goodies with £30 Sainsburys vouchers
3rd Prize: Pizza on us with a £20 meal to share
Entering is simple. Anyone who reserves a property through our Selly Oak branch before 1st March will be automatically entered into the draw. So all you need to do is find your new student home for next year. And, you were in the process of doing that anyway! Simply, find your new student home and reserve the property.
Free student contents insurance
Don’t forget that all Purple Frog properties come with student contents insurance, as standard. The insurance covers you in your room, as well as communal areas. Your laptop is covered, as are things like your clothes, if the washing machine goes feral and eats them.
Bills included
If you’re looking for bills included, make sure you ask one of the team about our utilities bolt-on. This means that, for a little extra on your rent each month, we can make sure that your gas, electricity and even your TV licence are paid. It’s a brilliant way to cut out the hassle of sorting your utilities yourself. It helps you budget and means there’s no falling out, as everyone’s paying their fair share. Prize Draw Terms and conditions
Prize draw is open to any person who reserves a property through Purple Frog Property Ltd’s Selly Oak branch during February 2017. You will be automatically entered in to the draw when you reserve a property. Reservation is classed as paying the admin fee of £59 for students. Prize draw end date Tuesday 28th February. Winners will be drawn at random from all applicable reservations on Monday 6th March. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only one prize per group. Purple Frog Property will contact the winner directly, using the contact details provided on their application.
1st Prize – have a night out on us comprises a meal at restaurant and free entry to a maximum total cost of £150.
2nd Prize – £30 Sainsburys vouchers will be sent to the winner.
3rd prize – £20 meal is for a take away or delivery from Dominoes Pizza.
There is no cash alternative to any of the prizes. All prizes need to be claimed no later than Friday 31st March 2017.
