This scheme, which was designed to support the property market through the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic is due to end on the 31st March 2020, meaning it is unlikely that any sales agreed now (Jan 2020), will not likely benefit from the reduced Stamp Duty, as the typical time to exchange is approximately
