New Consultation Launched on Minimum Energy Rating C by 2028!
After a long time in limbo, the Labour government have published their consultation on Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards. The proposals include a minimum rating of C for new tenancies from 2028, and a spending cap of £15,000.
