Amendment to Right to Rent Checks – Covid-19

The Home Office has announced that Right to Rent checks can be completed without meeting tenants during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Across the whole of Birmingham, permitted development rights to change a property from a family home to an HMO are withdrawn as of 8th June 2020.

IMPORTANT: If you don't maintain the C4 usage of your property, you could wipe thousands of pounds off the value of your property.
