Rent Arrears Interest Calculator: With the change in interest rates and the strict rules set out in the Tenant Fees Act 2019, calculating the interest to charge is challenging, and we know that landlords don’t want to charge late payment fees, because it means tenant haven’t been paying their rent on time, but, for those instances where tenants have given you the run around, and you want to calculate interest, use our free Excel tool.
