Can I still reserve a property?
Viewings
Our primary concern is the safety and wellbeing of our team and customers, so, we are providing 360 tours/videos and floor plans of properties instead of offering face to face viewings.
We’re currently advertising a number of properties so it is going to take a little time to have the videos and floor plans available but they will start appearing on our website this week.
You don’t have to wait for the videos to be available if you want to reserve a property based on online advert alone. Please bare in mind that all tenancy agreements are legally binding.
In the mean time, please request a viewing as normal through our website, or by calling/emailing our team and we will make sure to provide you with the additional information about the properties asap.
Reserving a property
Our entire reservation process can be completed online. You can reserve by completing a form on our website or by giving your local office a call.
Once you’ve reserved the property, your application will also be completed online. You can see full details of how to secure your new home here, and our full terms and conditions here.
Collecting keys
If you need to move in to the property before our offices re-open, we will meet you at the property to provide the keys to you on your move in day.
What if I won’t need the property?
No one knows how long social distancing measures will be required to take control of the situation so it is understandable that many students will be concerned about whether or not Universities will fully re-open before the start of the next academic year, and so, be hesitant about signing any new tenancies.
We will be asking all of our landlords if they will be willing to include clauses in their tenancy agreements to release tenants from the agreements if their Universities do not re-open in October 2020. We will update our property adverts to confirm which properties are available to reserve on that basis.
